Dedicated to developing cyclists of all abilities.
Whether you're just starting out or want to take it to the next level, Orlando Road Club can connect you with the right people and resources to help you achieve your goals.
What is ORC?
The Orlando Road Club (ORC) is team of cyclists, volunteers, and coaches that work together to help cyclists of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities - from Junior Athletes to Elite Racers - to develop technical skills and physical fitness in the sport of cycling.
ORC supports the athlete's continual progression by providing the resources needed to educate and train the athlete, preparing them to pursue their individual goals.
Want to finish your first Century? Awesome, ORC can help you train for that. Ever wanted to compete at the national level? ORC's resources can help you get there. But, maybe you just want to learn how to use clipless pedals? That's great too, ORC specializes in rider skill development.
The Orlando Road Club is able to accommodate each individual athlete's broad range of needs and capabilities and can help them reach their goals.
How we can help.
ORC's primary mission is to create and maintain an environment that will provide all cycling enthusiasts a permanent home for pursuing their goals or to act as a launching pad for more ambitious competitors.
Cooperation, participation, and team membership are key elements that support this mission. These factors set ORC apart from other area bike clubs.
ORC is one of only few organizations nationwide that have been awarded USAC's Center of Excellence certification, for "exemplifying the very best in USA Cycling club teams." This is a unique distinction ORC earned six years in a row.
Center of Excellence clubs "have sound structural organizations with doors open to new riders. They professionally coach their athletes to achieve their best and ultimately compete at the national and international level."
